> "Great place and location. I am visiting for years now, unfortunately my last stay was just unacceptable. I stayed at Villa 6 and during the night I stepped out and left my slippers infront of my entrance. The slippers were gone. Next day I checked out and left my shades case and a clip with money in it in the kitchen. I returned one hour later from the Zaya restaurant and asked about it. The cleaning personnel and the receptionist manager just let me know - so sorryyyyy not have. Booking at a so called high profile resort like Zaya should come with some standards that are non negotiable. One is to trust that my belongings are safe within the premises. This is not the case here. Update: one day after I posted my experience with Zaya, Doris reached out. She is representing the new Hungarian owner and is running Zaya as the new manager of operations. Doris expressed her surprise and asked for some background since she wasn’t aware of the whole situation. She welcomed me at her office at the Zaya restaurant and apologized for the whole experience I went through. She asked me to allow Zaya to prove their class and provide a solution. That was the first time I felt treated with respect and the level of professionalism and integrity I am expecting. I told Doris that I appreciate her conduct and that I am happy for her commitment since I am enjoying usually staying at Zaya including my loved ones. Doris told me she will see personally into the matter and will reimburse the money that has been stolen. Since I had no expectations at alI I thanked her and left with a feeling that someone is really caring here at Zaya - which is important to me. One day later I got asked to validate the amount which was a weeks budget. After that - SILENCE. Doris, the manager, decided to stay silent and ghosted me in the follow up and this is a reflection of my treatment throughout my stay. I have to say that I enjoyed my stays at Zaya and that Mercedes and her team were always caring and loving but staying at a place where I have to look over my shoulder and knowing that my belongings are not safe is not acceptable. Integrity and respect are the values that I expect and should be vital for an establishment like Zaya. Doris showed me personally that Zaya is lacking both. Final update: The owner and Doris claim to be interested in finding a solution and are requesting a call. Truth is Zaya has all contact details including my number and the WhatsApp contact in order to clarify and mitigate this situation but are just not interested. Please stop playing games."

> "During my stay here everything was great. The rooms were clean. And everything was at my disposal. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and there was a lot to choose from. I would especially like to highlight that it is on the beach so the beach was very close and wonderfully beautiful. We will definitely come back"

> "I’ve had lunch & chilled by the pool for the last two days. The food is great & a fair price compared to other hotels on the island. The view is amazing and a nice chilled vibe. Staff are great a special mention to Teddy, Co Co & Kiwi who have all been really nice & friendly. 100% recommend stopping in for lunch or staying in the Villas."
