> "Had a lovely lunch at Amba. The dining area is really nice - clean, calm, and tastefully done. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. I ordered the roasted Mediterranean pasta salad and a fruit juice. Both were delicious - fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavours, and beautifully presented!! Prices are definitely on the higher end for Thailand (more like Western pricing), but the quality makes it feel worth it if you’re looking for clean, healthy food. Great spot if you’re craving something light and nutritious in a relaxed setting."

> "When I first came here, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t smile or make me feel welcome. Since it was at night, I thought maybe she had already had a long day, so I understood. Now I come here every week and even became a member, but unfortunately her attitude is still the same. She still asks if I’m a member with an unfriendly tone, even though she was the one who handled my membership. However, the other staff inside are super friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Everything else here is perfect — the steam room, sauna, and ice bath are always great. The price is also very reasonable. Overall, I really enjoy this place and keep coming back, but the experience at the front desk could definitely be improved."

> "The saunas are fantastic, the ice bath is effective, and the steam room is spotless. The changing rooms are clean and well-equipped: towels, deodorant, shower gel, moisturizer—everything is provided. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. A real gem in almost every way. However, there is one drawback I must point out: bringing your own water bottle is prohibited. I understand that sodas and snacks aren't allowed. But water is vital (especially in Thailand with temperatures around 30°C and in a 90°C sauna). This rule is a real problem. Taking advantage of dehydration to encourage on-site consumption by restricting access to water goes against the very philosophy of a spa. An exception should at least be made for water. I hope management will reconsider this policy—it would be the only thing missing for this place to be perfect."
