> "If you’re thinking of booking, it’s worth checking in advance as the pool is currently empty and under construction.  This wasn’t mentioned when we booked online, and the pool was a big reason we chose this hotel. As a result, we decided to move hotels and didn’t stay, so can only comment on our booking experience. That said, we did receive a full refund, which we really appreciated."
