> "Our stay at the luxury apartment hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, attentive service that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself was beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. High-quality furnishings, plush bedding, and thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like a true home away from home. The views were stunning, and having a fully equipped kitchen and private living space added an extra layer of comfort and convenience. The facilities were equally impressive: a pristine pool, a well-equipped gym, and serene common areas that radiated elegance. Every detail was curated to create a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff. Professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond, they made our stay effortless and memorable. A perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and comfort — highly recommended for both short and long stays. We can’t wait to return."

> "We were in general ok staying here for a month. Service ladies and people in general, especially the gardener who sings outside, were cute and helpful. Managing team was ok. Water quality was almost all the time pretty bad though, and even if there are fancy baths you might not want to lie down in brown water. Facilities in our villa (2nd floor) were good quality and we didn’t really lack anything. If something was broken they fixed it straight away. Cleaning was impeccable too. What really left a bitter taste was a bit of nickel and diming. You pay 3k for a monthly apartment and then they charge 10 dollars for a chipped plate, and say they counted electricity extra for the last night in case we used a lot. We had to check out at 6:45 in the morning for our flight and we informed them in advance. They also stood there counting all the pillows and each spoon in front of us to make sure we didn’t take anything. Pillows, umbrellas, beach bag too. That made us feel very uncomfortable. At 6:45 we did not expect someone knocking on our door, checking again and telling us it is time to check out and basically forcing us to leave immediately, so we ended up standing on the street with our luggage. Nice start of the day. Location is in the middle of nowhere so you have to know you will have to drive everywhere. No one informed us that the beach bar would be closed this month, we only found out from the bartenders later. We were told we have 20 percent off there but it was closed anyway. It is premium in terms of amenities, we were glad to have a pool for ourselves, and tenants living here were lovely people."

> "We came at 10am, the reception told us our room would be ready by 2pm (as stated in their policy). When 2pm came, the workers were being dismissive and told us our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour, everyone else was able to get their room but us. What I presumed to be the manager was rude and disrespectful. Nice hotel but TERRIBLE service. If you have a flight that arrives to koi samui early, don’t expect early check in, book somewhere else."
