They provide you with towels and have protein shakes available if needed. Very nice and friendly lady working at the gym who was very helpful. Good vibes there. Highly recommend."

> "I read bad reviews and decided to check it out for myself. The gym is very nice and has all the necessary equipment for training. However, it is very hot and unpleasant for training. Good service. Showers need improvement. There is another floor above and there is no pressure. I didn't smell animals and even if I did I have no problem helping animals. Needs improvement but nice and has potential."
