> "They have a lot of tiles and bathroom fittings but this is all a facade. Actually this store is just a showroom for many things. Most things needs to be ordered, as most are not in stock. Furthermore, all the orders take at least 2 weeks, some up to a month. Many of the things you want are also out-of-production but still on-display.  The staff cannot be bothered to serve the customers. They don't call you either when the stuff you ordered has arrived and I have to check back every so often if the things I ordered have arrived.  I gave up on ordering anything from here and ordered all my building materials and bathroom fittings from Bangkok and Surat Thani instead.  From Bangkok and Surat Thani the delivery only takes one week and they actually have what you need in-stock, and best of all, are willing to serve customers."
