> "This shop ordered plant seedlings from my store with cash on delivery, but the full payment was not made. They chose not to return the plants and instead planted them in pots. Although they mentioned that they could not resell the plants to foreign customers, the plants were still used. This situation was not handled transparently. In the end, the payment I received was less than the amount we agreed on, and the shipping cost was not covered, even though delivery to an island area is quite expensive.  The amount was small and not worth affecting your shop’s image."
