> "Before our holiday we start to search options where we can leave our kitten 8 months old. It was a difficult decision because we never left her alone and we gonna be out about 23 days. After searching and asking friends, we chose the Happy Meaow Cat Hotel and never regretted it! The owner is a very nice lady who loves cats and knows how to take care of them. The hotel is clean and has a special play area where cats are played twice a day. here you can choose a room for your pet based on your budget. we received daily photo and video reports about our kitten, if necessary, you can also ask questions, the hostess answers everything very quickly. When we came back our kitten looked good, calm and happy to see us! Now we know where to leave our kitten for the next vacation. and I will recommend this place to others."

> "“My cat Gigi adopted me while I was living in Koh Samui, and whenever I had to travel she became a regular guest at this wonderful cat hotel. The place is beautifully designed, super cat-friendly, clean, and fun — and it quickly became her second home. Not only did Gigi always enjoy her stays, she built a real bond with the caring staff. Recently, I had to move back to Los Angeles for business and personal reasons, and I asked the hotel owner if she could arrange for Gigi to travel all the way from Samui to LAX. Without hesitation, she took on the challenge with so much confidence and heart. She handled every single step — from paperwork and medical requirements to coordinating with pet friendly airlines — seamlessly. Since Gigi had to stay at the hotel for over a month before her journey, the owner kept me updated daily with photos, videos, and even vet checkups if she noticed anything less than perfect. As the travel date approached, she groomed Gigi beautifully, prepared travel goodies, wrote adorable notes for the airline crew to help take care of her, and even arranged pet-friendly hotels and the most suitable flights. She stayed by Gigi’s side right up until check-in at Bangkok airport. What touched me most was how much she truly cared — creating sweet Instagram clips of Gigi, adjusting her diet to healthier food with my permission, and treating her like family. When Gigi finally arrived at LAX, she was calm, healthy, and happy — which amazed us! She adjusted to her new home almost instantly, and we couldn’t believe how stress-free she was after such a big adventure. We are deeply grateful to the hotel owner for going above and beyond. Gigi is now with us in Los Angeles, safe and thriving, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the love and dedication she received from this cat hotel. If you are looking for a place that truly treats your cat as family, this is it."
