> "I used to visit H&M at least once every month, and every experience before today was smooth and pleasant. But what I faced today was honestly shocking and extremely disappointing because of one lady staff member named Ploy, whose shift started around 3:30 PM.  When I was paying for my items, she asked whether I had a membership card. I said yes and immediately showed the barcode from my phone, but she completely ignored it and only asked for my phone number. Without properly checking anything, she quickly printed the receipt and handed me the change.  After that, I asked about my birthday discount because this month is my birthday month, and according to the membership benefits explained during registration — as well as the advertisement shown in my H&M app — I should receive a 15% discount.  However, she looked like she had absolutely no idea about it and did not even try to listen to my explanation. Her attitude was very rude and disrespectful. While I was talking to her, she kept turning to chat with her colleagues instead of paying attention to me as a customer.  A few minutes later, one of her colleagues told me that I needed to wait 15 minutes for a refund process. So we stood there in front of the counter waiting, but nobody cared, nobody updated us, and not a single person apologized for the inconvenience even they are not busy, not many customers just me and my friend stood in front of counter . It honestly felt like we were invisible.  I have been a loyal customer of H&M for a long time, which is why this experience hurt even more. I never expected to be treated with such disrespect and carelessness. Today’s experience was not only inconvenient, but also extremely upsetting and disappointing.Finally, she didn’t say total amount and total me that look at this amount at scan with (her own language). Even I’m not Thai. That why I believe that she just assists EUROPE people happily😂😂😂. #one star for this kind of staff ."

> "I am extremely disappointed with my experience at H&M Central Chaweng.  The day before my purchase, I clearly saw a promotion for 10 pieces of underwear for 500 THB, displayed together as a set. When I returned the next day to buy the last remaining set, the display had become messy and the items had been separated into groups of 8 and 2, with no clear indication that they were no longer part of the same promotion.  I selected all 10 pieces based on the promotion and went to the cashier, only to be told that the total was around 1,400 THB. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that only 8 pieces were included in the promotion and that the other 2 pieces cost an additional 500 THB. This made no sense, especially when the receipt still showed the items grouped as a 10-piece set.  What disappointed me most was not just the price difference, but the lack of clear organization and communication. Customers should not have to discover hidden conditions only at the checkout after spending time shopping. If promotional items can be mixed up so easily, staff should ensure that displays are checked regularly and clearly labeled.  This experience was frustrating, confusing, and left me feeling misled. I expected much better from H&M."

> "Suggest double checking your bill after paying. With multiple reminders to the cashier to check on my item prices, she pretended to check (obviously did not want to go through the proper process & hassle, and hoping that I would not check my receipt). I did check right after she handed me my items, and surprise, the prices were wrong. It took my nerve and my 30 mins to cancel the entire transaction, and another cashier had to re-scan everything and re-do everything from the start. What I don’t understand is, why just not do it once properly? I have a small child and my husband waiting, why go the extra mile to cause inconvenience? Just mind blowing. To the cashier with curly hair, if you are reading this please respect people’s time and money, do a proper job for your future customers. Thanks"
