> "Pistachio stayed at Ila’s for 5 nights. It was her first time at a dog hotel and I did a lot of research before choosing where to send her. She is a rescue who has been in a shelter for 8 years and is extremely nervous and unless me and my husband are there she doesn’t let anyone touch her. Pistachio did stay in her kennel the whole time because she was so nervous but Ila really took the time to make her feel comfortable. Pistachio woke her up every morning at 5 am whining and Ila got up to see to her and reassure her every morning, giving her extra treats and really being patient with her. Recommend to anyone!"

The hotel is not too large, and each dog has plenty of personal space. The care is attentive, professional, and clearly given with love. Johnny truly enjoys being there, and we feel completely at ease knowing he’s in good hands. Ila regularly sends videos and updates, and Johnny always looks happy and relaxed. Highly recommended!"
