> "We were very disappointed with our stay here. When we arrived, the accommodation was full of mosquitos to the point where it was almost impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. We immediately asked if we could receive a refund and stay elsewhere, but this was declined. The property did provide mosquito spray and a bed net, however the net did not fully cover the bed and the spray made little difference. After being bitten constantly for two nights, we decided to leave early even though we had originally booked for four nights. The location was also not ideal. The small town has very little in terms of restaurants, entertainment, or things to do, so you really need a moped or taxi to get anywhere worthwhile. On top of that, the road leading down to the accommodation was not very appealing and did not match what we would expect from a 4-star property. That said, the decoration and style of the rooms were nice and well presented. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations and we would not return."

> "Not a luxury hotel, extremely inhospitable staff. We came here in May, and this tent style room is absolutely inhabitable in summer. The vents don't close, so it never really cools down even when the AC is in overdrive. The bathroom is outdoor and the windows are just nets in the tent. Secondly the ferries arrive in Koh Samui by around 11-12 noon. However the hotel doesn't give you a room until 3pm. I arrived at the hotel feeling extremely overheated and dehydrated because of the heat. I told them I was feeling sick and needed help, however they didn't even offer me a glass of water or ask me what's wrong. We offered to pay for an early check in and had even requested it when we booked the hotel at first. We had to wait in the afternoon sun without any help for hours until we got our room. I ended up falling quite sick and it ruined our whole trip. Their lack of help or hospitality or help felt quite inhuman."

> "Rooms and service were great. However, the AC in the rooms does not completely cool the rooms down. We are aware tents can be difficult to contain the coolness but fans or something extra should be provided to guest."
