If you value your money and expect even a basic level of professional integrity, look elsewhere. ​I booked a tour with them three weeks in advance. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel and provided 48 hours' notice. Despite this reasonable timeframe, the company refused to provide a refund. ​Here is why you should be wary: ​Hidden Terms: Their website mentions nothing about a cancellation policy. However, when I asked for my money back, they suddenly claimed their policy requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice for a refund. ​Zero Flexibility: They refused a partial refund and would not even provide a voucher for a future trip. ​Insulting "
