> "Had 2 mobile phones and 1 tablet, Minor screen problem on 2 and one device water damage. I asked if they could check how much it would be to repair and left the devices at the shop. They texted me the day after. Devices with screen problems were to expensive for it to make sense to repair. The water damaged device was irreparable. I went to the shop to pick up and the asked for 642 baht in service fee. This service fee was never mentioned before. Also, part of the service fee were for the irreparable phone."

> "My wife's Samsung S22 Ultra screen got damaged after a software update. A bright white line appeared on the screen, and after checking online, I realized the only solution was to replace it. The phone had never been dropped or damaged, but I still had to pay for the repair, which was frustrating. I was told to take the phone to the Samsung Customer Service center, and honestly, I didn’t expect much from their service. But to my surprise, the staff was friendly and even helped us get a discount. They reminded us about our extended warranty, which gave us a 30% discount, and the repair was done within a few hours. Although I’m disappointed with the product, I was happy with the service. The team was kind and helpful, so I’m giving them 5 stars for their excellent service. A special shoutout to Ms.Charlita (Tang) & Ms. Ploypailin (Ploy) for this amazing experience. Loy Machedo"

> "Consumer Beware I had a frustrating experience with this repair service. Here’s what happened: •   I called them to fix my washing machine. When I went to check on the repair, I saw them replacing the motor, even though that wasn’t the issue. It made me wonder if they swapped out my good motor for another one. They claimed the motor was under warranty (how would they even know, since the machine is two years old?). Despite replacing the motor, the washing machine still wasn’t fixed. •   I called them back and had to pay additional money for further repairs. Later, I asked them to repair my TV. They said it needed a new chip, so I paid for the replacement. However, the TV stopped working the very next day. When I called them again, they claimed a different issue was causing the problem and asked for more money. By this point, the total cost they demanded was equivalent to the price of a larger, brand-new TV. My advice: If something is broken and the repair cost adds up, consider buying a new one instead of dealing with unreliable repairs."
