> "So Grateful to be able to be emersed in the presence of the Monks and staff at the Samui International Meditation Center.  We were welcomed to listen, chat freely, ask questions and receive the wisdom of Monk Nate. We were guided through the stillness of mindfulness meditation to help  with inner peace. The amount of peace and stillness that I felt within, after my visit, lasted for hours. My husband and I only could only attend a one off meditation, although we will be returning to the Samui International Meditation Center for a longer period in the future. In the meantime we hope to make the most of Monk Nate's online meditation guidance. Thank you x"
