> "The MOST complete gym in Koh Samui.  After 10 weeks at SPS I'm sad to leave. Ill never need to look further in Southe East Asia for something better for me. I hope to return soon.  I'll try to keep it short and explain why for any interested.  I sayed alone on the premise in a superior queens room. Also I included one month health package. 8 kilos lighter and 16 cm waist gone. I have a six pack again!  Made lots of friends with guests and staff and trainers.  Reading some criticisms I understand. First I also looked and expected more structure from organization and trainers. I felt a bit lost.  Then I realised..because so many people come and go. from all levels....some beginners and some pro fighters.. it's impossible to create structure so there is a platform of options.  SPS has so much to offer for everybody and it is up to the guest, you, to take what you need.  Can't even say Muay Thai is the main focus. The partnership with Royal Fight Club for BJJ and MMA is 100% and then there is even more. Hyrox, Yoga, Underwater, breathwork and fitness.  Check out the daily schedule its mind boggling.  I was able to easily do three different things/ hours of training per dag and so could you.  What Is will remember most is the feeling of being home. This is a great accomplishment by the owner because it's so massive.  High quality facilities for each sport. Cleanliness a constans priority and good food.  But the main unique selling point.  ALL the trainers and staff are really happy to be there. They make you feel welcome and respected (almost +25 people in total!!!). They all do their daily work all effort and a smile. Some already longer as 14 years at SPS.  There are hundred if not thousands people each year coming... but if you want, you can get real personal attention and they give it.  SPS for me ahs been life changing and I hope for you to. Go for it and jump in!"
