> "It’s a really great gym with very friendly staff who keep things organized and make sure everyone follows the rules. The gym has a wide variety of good equipment, though the selection is understandably limited given the size of the facility. As a result, it can get a bit crowded in the mornings. Overall, it’s very clean and tidy. Towels are included. For a daily rate of 300 THB, it’s a great deal."

> "Great gym located in an easy to find area and with lots of scooter parking.  Definitely on the smaller side size wise, but packed with everything you need for a great workout. Day pass was 250baht which was very fair for the facilities.  Gym was spotless and machines well maintained, 2 floors with cardio upstairs and weights downstairs, and fully air conditioned!  Worth a visit if you want to workout on holidays."

So this isn't complaining... it's merely suggesting.  The equipment needs some serious help. Cut my leg just barely brushing against the leg curl squeezing by. Judging by the electrical tape... I wasn't the first victim. The lateral raise for delts, as well as the abductor and adductor machines are all seriously misaligned. The standing calf looks about to have an "
