> "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Our stay at W Koh Samui was nothing short of incredible. The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful villas, and world-class facilities. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome.  A huge thank you to Gift, Natty, Andre, and Tony for their exceptional hospitality and for always going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.  Special recognition also goes to Chef B, Chef Manoj, Chef Ragz, Chef Oat, and Chef Wat. The food throughout our stay was outstanding, and their talent, creativity, and attention to detail made every dining experience a highlight of our trip.  The service across every department was flawless, our accommodation was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.  Thank you all for making my sister's and my stay so special and for creating memories that we will cherish forever. We cannot wait to return to this incredible resort."

> "We had a week long, amazing stay at the W Koh Samui. Service levels are impeccable and “whatever, whenever” philosophy is evident throughout. We stayed at one of the beachside villas which I’d highly recommend if you are looking for quick access to a high quality beach with a private pool.  The W beach is standout with the ability to see both sunrise and sunset clearly. Given its on a small peninsula you can also get shelter from the wind regardless of which direction its blowing (predominantly was a mild easterly during our stay).  Food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was the best Ive had. We also loved the Sip Bar on the beach - special thanks to Ting who works at the bar and was always friendly and up for a chat.  The layout of the resort is great, with a bit of elevation allowing for sweeping views from the restaurant and main resort pool. The onsite spa is of very high quality and has a large sauna which is free to use. I also think W is located well within Koh Samui - not too far away from the main tourist attractions (Fishermans Village just down the road).  If you are looking for a luxury escape to Koh Samui, I highly recommend the W!"

> "We stayed at the W Koh Samui from May 8–11 to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Even before we arrived, the reservations team and management reached out with such warm and thoughtful emails, asking how they could personalize our stay. It immediately made us feel genuinely cared for. We traveled with our 5 month old baby, and the hotel went above and beyond by providing a bottle sterilizer, baby bath seat, crib, and baby amenities, details that made a huge difference for us as parents. For my mother’s birthday, they provided us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. Everything was exceptional- The staff, the villa, the cleanliness, the restaurants, the beach, and especially the attention to detail throughout the entire stay. True five-star hospitality in every sense. We had an amazing time and already can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended."
