> "We had an absolutely amazing stay at White Cottage. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels truly special, but what made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely cared that we felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our stay. You can really feel how much effort they put into making guests happy. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, always with a smile and positive attitude. The restaurant was excellent as well — delicious food, great atmosphere, and everything felt fresh and high quality. The elephants were adorable, and it was clear they are being cared for with love and attention, which was very important for us to see. Highly, highly recommended. We would gladly come back again."

> "Everything about this hotel is perfect. So magical that you can be in your beautifully designed room and see the most amazing creatures down below you. Being able to feed the elephants as a part of your stay is an unbelievable memory to have. Every member of staff is amazing, they work so hard and put their guests first. The restaurant is very reasonable with amazingly presented food and the spa massage was incredible."

> "It’s a beautiful resort, truly. It’s amazing to be able to be so close to the elephants. The room was beautiful. The room pool was beautiful but just a little cold. However, they have some major issues with their checkout system. I came to the lobby to checkout, when they told me I needed to wait so they could go check the room to make sure we didn’t take any of their items for purchase. My husband was in the room with our toddler since it was up 7 flights of stairs and he couldn’t leave to take all of our bags down by himself. They told me I would have to wait until my husband left the room to settle our bill. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at, this is why they take a deposit. Instead, we were made to wait while rushing to get a taxi for our ferry. Worst of all, the owners were speaking rudely about my situation in French (saying it was our fault) and I could understand every word."
