> "I purchased a used iPhone Pro Max from this shop in good faith, but within hours the screen went completely black. After several hard resets, the issue briefly resolved, but the screen ultimately failed and had to be replaced within a week.  When I contacted the shop, I was advised that the warranty did not cover the issue. Given how quickly the screen failed, I question whether the phone received a thorough inspection prior to sale. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and based on this, I would be cautious about purchasing a used iPhone from this store."
