“I purchased a sun protect jacket and shorts from their store and specifically asked for the receipt / form for claiming the VAT back when returning from Thailand, they asked me to come back the next day and gave me a normal invoice which when I clarified with the part time employee she mentioned that this would work and no previous customers had any problems. Unfortunately at the airport the claim was rejected since the shop had provided me the incorrect invoice with no proper form to claim my VAT back and I ended up loosing that money. The employees at the shop should be informed and educated since it’s in a prime touristic spot and from the looks of it have a lot of tourists coming in to buy their products.”

“Clarification: Our bad experience were at Samui Bophut beach. If my mistake review i written in other 69 Slam shop in Samui, I’m so sorry. My wife and I are regular to samui bophut for 15 years+. Missed this place and visited May and now (Dec) to celebrate our countdown 2024. Dropped by shop at around 11am after morning walk hope to buy new design swimwear. We loved this brand since stayed at Phuket. Bad experience with the lady staff was rude and unfriendly. Just stand at the counter but reluctant to provide service when we wish to check the design. And argumentative when request her assistance and help. These were our second days, purposely came to the shops because of 1st day the staff put up a sign was taking a break for 30 minutes. We believe there is a good staff in the shop after reading the review but definitely not the one we met this morning :(”
