I purchased a sun protect jacket and shorts from their store and specifically asked for the receipt / form for claiming the VAT back when returning from Thailand, they asked me to come back the next day and gave me a normal invoice which when I clarified with the part time employee she mentioned that this would work and no previous customers had any problems. Unfortunately at the airport the claim was rejected since the shop had provided me the incorrect invoice with no proper form to claim my VAT back and I ended up loosing that money. The employees at the shop should be informed and educated since it’s in a prime touristic spot and from the looks of it have a lot of tourists coming in to buy their products.

Very good place to buy surfer swim shorts that can be used for normal swim use as I don’t surf, they have for both men and women. Nice quality and good prices. Owner is a nice guy too and speaks perfect English
