“We visited this VR place because of the great reviews, but our experience was mixed. We didn’t choose the hardest game, just a normal one, since an “easy” option felt more like something for kids. However, the game turned out to be much harder than expected. Instead of being advanced in a fun way, it was confusing and frustrating. The staff knew it was only our second time playing VR. While setting us up with the controllers, they could see we needed explanations, but no proper guidance or better recommendation was given. A more professional approach would be to match the game to the customer’s experience so people can actually enjoy it. We tried to continue, but when nothing worked, it stopped being fun and we finished much earlier. Afterward, we asked about a possible discount because the experience and price didn’t match. We were only told that we chose the wrong game and should try another time, which felt unprofessional. With such a high rating, we expected more focus on creating a great experience, not just selling games.”
