Such a bad experience. We ordered burrata as a starter, but when it arrived, it was missing the olive oil and balsamic vinegar that normally come with it. When I asked the lady for them, she gave me an unpleasant look and brought them in a way that felt disrespectful. The service overall was terrible. We ordered and had to wait 1 hour for our food. A group who ordered after us got served first, even though they were 7 people while we were only 2. We still had to wait over an hour, and no one even apologized. On top of that, the food was disappointing — the fries were oily and not fresh, and the steak was way too salty. The prices weren’t cheap either, so we at least expected good service and a better experience.

Fine place, but food is average. Four cheese with just little bit Gorgonzola and SOMEHOW tomato paste. Little cheese in pesto pasta. Service could be better for the price.

We stumbled upon this place by accident and it turned out to be a really lovely surprise. The Italian food in Thailand honestly impressed us, food was tasty and well prepared. You can tell they pay attention to the little details. Big compliments to the whole team for a great experience.
