“I stayed at Avani Chaweng for several nights during my trip through Thailand. While the hotel has a great location and the staff was generally friendly, my overall experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard I would expect for a hotel in this price range. I received stained towels on multiple occasions, the shower area was not properly maintained, and there were visible signs of mold on the ceiling. I was also disappointed that access to parts of the pool and beach club area required additional payment, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Furthermore, there was confusion regarding the included minibar and the promised 500 THB resort credit during check-out. To the hotel's credit, management responded professionally to my complaint and refunded the resort credit afterwards, which I appreciate. Overall, the hotel has potential and a good location, but considering the price of over 4,000 THB per night, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and clearer communication.”

“This was definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Thailand. The service was amazing, super friendly staff. The receptionist Fern was very nice and helpful. The only to downfalls are that the music from the seen beach club is very loud and the placement of the hotel is in the bottom of Chaweng so it’s kind of a long walk to centrum. But besides that would definitely recommend, especially if you’re a group of young people.”

“Stayed for 5 nights. Great hotel at good location. Few things to notice: 1. At breakfast, they only have full fat and low fat cow milk. No other non-dairy options for your morning coffee. 2. Upon check-in, they will say that the beach club is open until 11pm, but some days the loud music kept on going till about 1am.”
“Used the Seen Beach club for 4 consecutive days. 2k baht for a sunbed but thats with a 2k credit for food. A great way to soend the day. The beach is a few footsteps away and the sea is perfectly clean and great for swimming. The pool, bar and food selection is top notch so would recommend 👌 💯”
