BACI Italian Restaurant Bar & Grill

We had the arrabbiata pasta and it was really flavorful, tiramisu was lovely and very well crafted. The ambience is beautiful, with tasteful decor and a very relaxing vibe. The service was excellent and the warmth of the owner really stood out. We also tried the margherita pizza, which was good. Overall, a top place for the service and the ambience. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of dining at Baci Italian Restaurant in Koh Samui and also meeting the owner, Tiziana, a truly wonderful lady with 33 years of culinary experience and life on the island. Listening to her story and passion for Italian cuisine made the evening even more special. We started with a seafood salad, and it was outstanding. Every component was cooked perfectly tender, fresh and full of flavor. You can immediately tell that she knows exactly where to source the best fresh seafood in Thailand, which makes all the difference. The seafood spaghetti al cartoccio was another exceptional dish. The sauce was beautifully balanced, rich but not heavy, allowing the flavors of the seafood to shine. When I opened the bread crust of the cartoccio the aroma was incredible. I even used the bread to finish every drop of the sauce simply delicious. To finish the dinner we had a chocolate mousse, which ended the meal perfectly. The restaurant itself is beautiful, elegant and welcoming, with a lovely wood-fired oven that immediately shows the passion and professionalism behind this place. You can feel that this restaurant is built with experience, dedication and love for authentic Italian food. If you are looking for one of the best Italian restaurants in Koh Samui, Baci is absolutely a must visit. Highly recommended.

In my opinion , this is the best Italian restaurant on the island . why ? This is the place where you can find other typical dishes than the classics ( which are also excellent ) . Portions are great , service is professional . Restaurant is very comfortable , with an A/C room too. Nice decoration . I had a pumpkin soup with shrimps and Gorgonzola and walnuts , it was so yummy . All dishes I’ve tasted there were amazing . They also improved their wine list , mostly Italian wines , but this time we had a Pouilly Fume. Will go again and again .
