“Just left the hotel after a month stay. I will mention the good points first: GM and owners’ son are really friendly and at ur disposal if u have any request. As we stayed a long time, a micro wave and a coffee machine were at our disposal in our room. Bankao area is quiet but that s what we liked, very rural. Hotel setting is very green in the middle of nature, very beautiful. Room size and design are nice. First night as we didn t have a scooter yet, they gave us a free ride to town to have Dinner. What I didn t like: cleaning of the room needs to be improved. Our room was cleaned every 4 days but after the cleaning, dust was visible on furnitures still and around bed area. We had loads of clothes moth at the beginning because of a traditional thai costume hanging in the room as decoration that probably was never vacumed and because of natural stones around the bath tub area that kept a lot of dust too. We asked the GM to remove this piece of decoration and it was done straight away. Bed was very unconfortable. Wifi is weak. There is no real « service » like you would expect a hotel to have, restaurant is closed most of the time. Our transfer from the hotel to the pier was supposed to be free, at least price was never mentionned and then driver charged us 500 thb which is kind of expensive due to the short distance.”
