“I honestly loved flying with Bangkok Airways. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a great flight. The plane was very clean, the seats were surprisingly comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Even though it was a short flight, we were still offered a meal, which was such a nice touch and something you don’t see often anymore. Boarding was smooth, the flight was on time, and overall it felt like a premium experience compared to many other airlines. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with Bangkok Airways again and would highly recommend them to anyone traveling within Thailand or the region.”

“One of THE best Airlines I’ve ever traveled with. During a 50m flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui they managed to pull off full breakfast service with drinks and coffee. Never had this before. I was delighted. Very friendly staff. Airplanes are as expected (speaking from a European perspective).”
“Our flight was delayed 3hrs meaning we were going to miss 2 connecting flights. Bangkok airways “sorted it” by making sure we got our first connecting flight but we would miss the next one. When questioned they offered an alternative, direct flight for an extra 4900 baht/person. Completely unacceptable when it was their fault AND when there is little difference in fare price if you book in advance. Staff on the ground were amazing BUT the immediate lack of action by management to easily resolve was disappointing. Moral to the story…either fly a day earlier or try alternative options.”
