I honestly loved flying with Bangkok Airways. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a great flight. The plane was very clean, the seats were surprisingly comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Even though it was a short flight, we were still offered a meal, which was such a nice touch and something you don’t see often anymore. Boarding was smooth, the flight was on time, and overall it felt like a premium experience compared to many other airlines. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with Bangkok Airways again and would highly recommend them to anyone traveling within Thailand or the region.

One of THE best Airlines I’ve ever traveled with. During a 50m flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui they managed to pull off full breakfast service with drinks and coffee. Never had this before. I was delighted. Very friendly staff. Airplanes are as expected (speaking from a European perspective).
