My stay at Banyan Tree was truly memorable, not just because of the beautiful property, but because of how exceptionally well I was taken care of throughout my visit. From the smallest requests to overall comfort and attention, everything was handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. A special mention to my villa host, Tak, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, thoughtful, and always available whenever needed. What stood out the most was her sincere hospitality — she never made anything feel like a formality. Every interaction was warm, personal, and reassuring, which made the entire stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The level of follow-up and guest care at Banyan Tree is truly impressive. They pay attention to details, remember preferences, and make you feel genuinely valued rather than just another guest. It is rare to experience hospitality that feels this personal and effortless. Had a great experience at Banyan tree, made my booking through my Chase Sapphire Reserve card. We were able to get early check in and a room upgrade at no extra cost! Big thanks to all the staff at the resort who were super friendly and helpful 24/7. Special thanks to our concierge MM which helped with all activity planning and made sure my girlfriend had a great experience on her birthday. Also, Ruang the Muay Thai coach which taught us so much about Muay Thai! I would recommend the private lesson with him. He was also very helpful and attentive anytime we were at the beach. We have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality, warmth, and professionalism in a hotel. Every single team member throughout the resort was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel truly welcome. You can feel that exceptional service is deeply embedded in the culture of this resort. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Ta, who took wonderful care of us during our stay. He was always kind, professional, helpful, and incredibly attentive. His positive attitude and dedication truly elevated our experience and made our stay even more memorable. Employees like him are what transform a great hotel into an unforgettable one. We would also like to praise the fantastic breakfast team. Every morning was a wonderful experience thanks to their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism. The breakfast selection, quality of the food, and overall atmosphere were simply first-class — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced.
