Our villa was so beautiful and peaceful, and the service from the entire Banyan Tree staff was truly above and beyond. The resort never felt overcrowded, and the shared facilities, the food, and the spa were all stellar. We especially enjoyed our massages from Charlene and Tiara! The food was delicious - whether it was breakfast, lunch at the Beachside or dinner at Saffron. All the staff was very helpful and always smiling. Our villa host Pim took good care of us, especially making sure that our twins' birthday was an unforgettable day.
