BedTime Hotel Samui

Booked this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Koh Samui. The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. They supplied guests with a complimentary coffee/juice and snacks in the morning which we thought was very kind! The location was perfect as it was walking distance from most shops/restaurants and Chaweng beach. There was some road noise but this slowed down later at night. Over all, would highly recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing stay at EBS Residence Chaweng. The place is extremely dirty and has a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the rooms and hallways. The furniture is old and already damaged, yet they require a deposit and try to blame guests for things that were clearly broken before. The management and staff were also very deceptive. They charged me 500 BHT simply because I checked out at 12:15 instead of exactly 12:00, which felt completely unreasonable. Overall the place feels poorly maintained, unfairly managed, and not a safe or comfortable environment to stay in. I would not recommend staying here.

Love the decor, service and location of the hotel. The cat branding and lighting is sooo cute. The only thing is the walls and windows are so thin and you can hear everything outside and next door, when people shower, traffic and I couldn’t sleep till post midnight. Bring ear plugs and it would be a good place
