“I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel!! Everything was perfect!! From the hotel itself which looks like heaven to the amazing employees who work there who always make sure that nothing is missing. Extremely high service awareness. Thanks to the amazing Michelle who took care of us from day one and to the stunning Sandy from the hotel's steakhouse. Crazy breakfast - (for celiacs here there is a gluten-free stand of bread, cereals and cakes). Recommend!!”

Here is our summary: • The Welcome: We arrived feeling very stressed but were welcomed with great warmth immediately. • Top Service by Mrs.Peach: A huge 🤗 thank you to Peach 🫶! Her professional skills and bright smile made us feel comfortable from the very first second. She perfectly represents the hotel's great hospitality.🙏 • The Team: All staff members are extremely helpful and kind 🙏🌻, even though they work very hard. • Resort & Comfort: Top rooms, a "mega" breakfast, and a beautiful property. “Amazing Vacation with Centara Reserve Samui!!!! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially the breakfast team. Breakfast had so many delicious options that even after 4 nights we still couldn’t try everything! The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the hotel had a very natural and relaxing atmosphere. Also, the Thai restaurant “Sa-Nga” is a must try! We truly loved our stay and will definitely come back again!”
“Wow. Just… wow! I don’t even know where to start because this place completely stole my heart. I’ve stayed in beautiful hotels before, luxury resorts before, nice places before… but this one felt different. The second we arrived, something shifted. The energy, the air, the peace… you feel it immediately. The welcome at reception was honestly one of the warmest I’ve ever had. I think her name was Suma or Sima, I really hope I got that right but I’m sure I didn’t, sorry, but she was AMAZING. Not fake hotel nice. Real nice. The kind of person who makes you feel instantly relaxed and genuinely happy to be there. She went above and beyond for us and it set the tone for the entire stay. And can we talk about how insanely clean this resort is? I mean spotless. Every corner. Every room. Every little detail. You can feel how much care goes into this place. The food? Dangerous. Because now every other hotel food will disappoint me forever. Everything we ate was perfect, the drinks were perfect, and sitting there by the pool with that atmosphere around us honestly felt surreal. What I loved most is that it’s close enough to Chaung if you want to explore, but far enough away from the noise and chaos that you actually get peace. Real peace. The kind where you wake up lighter. The kind where you breathe deeper without even noticing. This wasn’t just a vacation stay for me. It felt like a reset button. 5 stars? Not enough. Not even close.”
“We were extremely positively surprised by the hotel – it was one of the best stays we have ever had. Everything was perfect: the room was beautifully designed and offered a stunning view of the garden and the sea. The breakfast was excellent as well, with a great combination of à la carte options and a buffet. The pool service was outstanding: towels were carefully prepared, water was regularly served, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The entire property, including the pools, garden, and beachfront location, is simply beautiful and thoughtfully designed in every detail. In addition, the hotel features a lovely spa and a very well-equipped fitness center. Overall, there is truly nothing to complain about – a perfect stay in every way.”
