“This is a must do if you visit Samui. Yes, it’s out of the way but well worth the visit. The food is cooked by Chai and Rhut and the vegetables are sourced from the farm which is around you. There is no menu as such and you will agree with him before what you would like to eat. His signature dish is the Massaman curry although his kaprow is also delicious too. This is not a rock up and dine restaurant, you need to pre book with Chai!”

“This is a wonderful gastronomic experience where Chai cooks at the table you and your guests. My family of four had the table to ourselves where we ate six courses that started simply and became more sophisticated as the meal progressed. It’s a little remote but you sit in a beautiful rustic spot and are entertained and fed by this great couple who obviously love to cook and entertain. We all loved it and felt like we got a little of the old Samui from before the tourist explosion. Make the trip it’s really worth it.”
