“I'm writing this review from the hotel right now. My wife, son, and I had a very comfortable 10-day holiday. The hotel is located at the beginning of the main street in Chaweng Beach, a famous area of Koh Samui. It's situated in the lively atmosphere of Chaweng, but also offers endless peace and relaxation when you retreat to your room or hotel. The staff are generally very kind. I don't know about all the rooms, but the suites are quite spacious and provide all the comforts. The mini-bar is replenished daily. The breakfast has a wide variety. The internet speed is acceptable. The deposit they take upon arrival is a bit high. There are two beautiful swimming pools, one on the beach and one in the inner courtyard. And the inner courtyard pool bar is especially nice, and the staff there are very polite. The biggest problem at the pools is that even in the early morning hours, guests occupy the sunbeds by placing their towels there. The hotel management needs to be stricter about this. The beach is very beautiful and peaceful. During our visit (the second half of January), due to the tide, the beach disappeared until late afternoon, but in the evening it was incredibly peaceful. The gym is very clean, and although there isn't a lot of equipment, you can still keep up with your workout while on vacation. There were complaints about neglect on booking sites and in reviews here. While these comments are valid, I didn't see much neglect or wear and tear. Yes, there are minor things. And also, the resort is practically in the sea, so this kind of wear and tear is normal. But still, I don't think it's a 5-star hotel. However, I was quite satisfied with my stay and, as someone who has seen other parts of Koh Samui, I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Koh Samui.”

“Love this hotel, location is perfect for beachlife and nightlife. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are large with good air con. Pools are kept immaculately clean. Having stayed 5 times here my only complaint is that check in is always a little chaotic and could be smoother.”
“Our stay here was great! The villa was clean, Meaw was really nice and helpful. Even thought it was next to the pool, it was quiet. Most important, it was far from the noise on the street. Breakfast was delicious, having a large variety to choose from. The resort is pretty big, so you can take long walks along the boardwalks. There was one downside for us - the AC unit was right above the bed, so the cold air was blowing on you all night. Having a baby with us, that was quite a challenge.”
“We have returned to this hotel after we were here in 2023 and what a disappointment! They cannot be rated a 5star. The umbrellas by the pool are torn, the pool loungers are half broken, the service around the pool area is either non existent or terribly slow, the staff at breakfast is so rude, they definitely don’t belong in the hospitality industry. Curtains in the rooms are off their hooks and semi broken, plugs don’t work - impossible to charge your phone unless you build a tower of things in order to secure the plug in a way that the charging cable doesn’t dare move a millimeter. Towels are old and hard. TV reception is poor and almost non existent. Staff at reception was definitely trained to use the word NO for every request the guests have! Big signs everywhere stating “no food or drinks from outside” - yet everyone is bringing in massive plastic bags with 7/11 food , eating and drinking, throwing their tins and papers on the floor. Young patrons bringing in their speakers and playing loud music at the pool whilst others are trying to relax or read a book. I can honestly say that there’s a massive lack of management. Definitely not a 5star hotel!”
“The staff were extremely warm, kind and helpful. This was the highlight of this resort for us. The garden setting was also wonderful to be in, we loved all the nature around us. The rooms definetly need maintenance and renovation… it was a little outdated and the wear and tear was very visible. I feel like once this is addressed, it will be much more pleasant. The location was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and you have a variety of choices.🌟🌟”
