“We had a great experience overall. First off, addresses are a bit different in Thailand, just type in Chaweng Hill Village for directions or to give to a taxi. It's a pretty steep hill up the driveway, so if a taxi isn't happy to take you all the way just get dropped at the restaurant at the bottom of the driveway and hike up from there. The rooms are very clean and tidy, high ceilings and AC works a treat. The building manager hooked us up with bike rentals and taxis smoothly, but you can rent from the cafe next door too. Great views and quiet atmosphere, excellent for a relaxing stay if you want to avoid party beach 😉”

“Overall a good stay, but with conditions Liked... The view and pool area. Kitchen is decently equipped. The Kitchen also has appliances like rice cooker, cooker hob, food processor and coffee grinder Disliked... The scheduling was messed up so that the cleaning was not done, even though I arrived late afternoon. Therefore there was not enough time for proper cleaning. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent and the wifi failed on day 3 of my trip. Fortunately there was another WIFI network available that I could use which was provided after some time. Be aware that most taxis do not want to drop off or pick up on the hill, so it is advisable to book a powerful or 4wd vehicle during your trip.”
“Very bad hosts. They change the terms of the deal and postpone the deadlines. We paid a deposit for an apartment. The hostess named Nong postponed the date of settlement twice. Then she said that she wanted to put us in a completely different apartment. We demanded the deposit back, as this is a disgusting breach of agreement. Nong refused to return the deposit. I had to say that we would go to the police. Only after that we got our money back.”
