“I have rarely witnessed such a lack of customer service. Late in the afternoon, a kind couple who had already paid for two sunbeds for the whole day offered them to us as they were leaving. The moment we sat down, the staff rushed over demanding that we pay the full day rate… as if the sunbeds magically went back up for rent at 4 p.m. And the best part? They asked us for a receipt, even though everything here is paid in cash and no receipts are ever provided. Completely absurd, but above all revealing: the only thing that matters here is squeezing more money out of guests, not offering a good experience. We walked away disgusted by the sheer lack of professionalism and the shameless money-driven mentality. This is not a beach club, it’s a cash-grab machine. Silver Beach is stunning, but this place in particular should be avoided at all costs if you’re expecting even the slightest bit of respect or hospitality.”

“Really great spot! Food was awesome and the pool/table tennis area out the back was such a fun touch. Only thing missing was a bit of atmosphere, but they’re doing renovations getting ready for the busy season, so totally understandable. Would definitely come back!”
