“Terrible service, terrible communication. My partner and I went in for a general checkup and clean a month ago, the experience was very poor. Charge $1500 Bhat for an xray she did not ask for. When it was delivered at the counter it had the wrong name on it and displayed as male not female. The dentist did not come and explain anything on the xray, it was left up to an unqualified receptionist to explain the details of the xray. I was booked in for a month later, thought I would go back and give them a second chance. They had not sent the confirmation text message to the right place neither did they explain this when we were in there for the original appointment. Did not make an effort to contact me to see if I was coming in. Turned up today, the receptionist explained that my appointment had not been confirmed when asked why I didn’t receive a text she said that it was sent on line to my partners number. Strange path of communication considering you had my details. Highly do not recommend. Even when we explained our issues there was no assurance to make it right, just blank faces. Do not recommend, save your self the time and money and go elsewhere.”
