“David Luxe and his team are exceptional jewellers. The photos show a ring stack. One was lost and he made a replacement so good, you cannot tell which it is! I went to many jewellers who refused to guarantee a match. The rings mean so much to me. My mother bought them for me nearly 40 years ago. The ring was lost on a crowded train the day we were sent home for the first COVID lockdown. The train operators could not find it. I contacted David a few weeks before we went to Ko Samui. We were there 6 days. He made the ring in 4. The cost saving we made compared to the UK, paid for our stay in beautiful Lamai. David updated me daily. He is a true gentleman. You will not find better craftsmanship, value and customer care. David Luxe ❤️”

“I got in touch with David to resize my fiancés engagement ring as it was too big but we only had a small amount of time left in Koh Samui however David made sure that it was not an issue and had the ring resized and returned all in under 24hrs. He was very responsive to any messages and answered all the questions and concerns I had, making sure to explain everything in great detail. David made sure to take great care of the ring and has done a phenomenal job (you can not tell that the ring has had any alterations made whatsoever) & was very professional from start to finish. He also gave a very fair & competitive price for the service. Me and my fiancé are both over the moon with how well the ring has come back and how smooth the whole process was. After examining the piece more closely and learning its details, I made him an offer, which he accepted. I asked if I could leave a deposit and return the next day with the full amount, and without hesitation, he agreed. David is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like an old friend in his shop. Jewelry David Luxe has a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The following day, I returned to complete the payment. When I came back again to pick up the ring, there was a minor hiccup, but David immediately took action to resolve it, ensuring everything was perfect. “Thank you David! End of March I went to Davids Shop searching for engagement rings. David let me take a look and showed me everything. In the end there was not the perfect ring laying around, but David build it! We combined different models, my ideas and wishes and made everything fit my budget. We had a clear drawing of the ring for my girlfriend. But for me... I told him what I would like to have and let him do his work without knowing exactly what he was going to get me...
