“Amazing 10/10 service for a last minute need. I had left behind two items at my AirBnB in Koh Samui and quickly reached out to DHL through Line to send these items back to the US. The person on the end was extremely helpful and communicative, helping me arrange for the host to drop off the items, and manage payment and the rest online. They gave me a great quote for what I was trying to send. Initially, after trying to box up the items, I was looking at paying 3x the quote. They sent me a photo of the box and we worked together to remove certain items to rearrange the items into the smallest box possible, eventually getting the cost down to what was initially quoted. They were extremely communicative and confirmed every detail of the package, cost, and where it was going. I was terribly stressed after leaving the items behind but they did an amazing job communicating through Line and getting my items back home. The package arrived in great condition within a couple days. Would HIGHLY recommend this DHL if you need anything sent internationally.”
“Should’ve hire more people really, my package arrived since afternoon. It was food, supposed to be in frozen transportation car, half a day passed until almost 8 pm. now, still haven’t received my package. Called my delivery guy, he said he’s be here around 9 pm. AND he’s still hasn’t eaten anything yet. It was sad to hear that both him and me have to wait such long time to be able to eat our food 😀 I’m about to leave the island so I just want to leave this here”
