Great products with great prices. Recommend strongly to check and double check with the bills / receipt should anyone decide to shop at this place. Staff are somewhat helpful, but uncomprehending and careless. The items I looked for were there, and the staff recommended xx number of them for my needs. Turns out my bill contained 2 times of these items than their stated quantity. Not some big orders from me but I can't say enough for all other buyers to double check and confirm their orders before making purchases. From my experience, the staff are too out of cares and sloppy for any basic, sincere trading. Delivery is also slow, coupled with ZERO notifications from the team here despite providing them my contact details. If ordering good-for-value pricing on some items means tolerating certain tardy service along the way, then this place is just one of them.

The customer service is poor and inattentive. The items have to be ordered all the time.
