“El Toro has become our favorite local place to visit. From the outside, it might look a bit expensive, but once you step inside, you realize it’s absolutely worth it — the experience is amazing and truly memorable. The staff truly make this place special — incredibly attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful. You can feel genuine care in the way they look after guests, always checking in without being intrusive. Small touches like cool hand towels on arrival make a great first impression and set the tone for the whole experience. The food and drinks are consistently excellent. The variety of tapas is impressive, everything is fresh, and every dish we’ve tried has been delicious. Cocktails are also a highlight — high quality with great presentation. During happy hours, prices are very reasonable, which is quite rare for a place with this level of service and atmosphere. The interior design also deserves a special mention — stylish and beautifully done, it’s a real treat for the eyes. Every Saturday there’s live music, and Suzy and Angel are incredible — such a great atmosphere.”

“This is one of our favourite places on the whole island. The setting is beautiful, especially for sunset, but even before and after, as the decor is so lovely. The music playlists never fail to disappoint, and I always find myself singing along to some great tunes. The food is really good, from the array of large size Tapas to the full Sunday Roast lunch/dinner. The team here always deliver great service with a smile!”
“The food was good. Especially the sliders. The burger buns were made of rich butter, like a brioche. Every bite you could taste the richness of the butter throughout the bun. It was one of the nicest buns in Samui. Every dish tasted homemade which I loved! However, one dish that could be improved upon was the pork belly. It was a bit oily and the skin was not crispy enough and stick to the teeth. The cheesecake that I ordered tasted homemade and it was delicious. Tasted fresh from the kitchen with a slight hint of lemon lingering aftertaste. I would definitely come again and even bring a friend. 8/10”
“Very place place with nice lovely bluz music, cozy design and kind staff. Food not my tasty, by my experiance not very high quality. For my friend like just burgers with lamb.”
“My husband and I have visited El Torro Salvaje several times while staying in Samui, and it’s quickly become one of our favourite spots. We’ve been making our way through the cocktail menu and every drink has been fantastic — you can really taste the difference with the use of real fruit instead of syrups. We also tried the Sunday lunch, which is excellent value at 499 THB including a drink. The quality was great, although the vegetables were slightly more al dente than I personally prefer. On Saturday evening we went back for the live music and really enjoyed it. The lady singer had an amazing voice and created such a lovely atmosphere. The decor is stunning and honestly stands out from everywhere else in the area. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area.”
