We had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. The service was reliable, everything was clearly explained, and the rental went smoothly from start to finish. The bike was in good condition, the prices were fair, and everything worked out without any problems. We especially appreciated that they delivered the motorbike directly to our accommodation and also picked it up from there afterwards, which made everything even more convenient. We would definitely rent here again and would choose this place again on our next visit to Koh Samui. Thank you!

Excellent scooter rental experience. The scooter I received was practically brand new and in perfect condition. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Unlike many other rental companies, they did not ask to keep my passport, only a 2000 baht deposit, which is very reassuring. Their prices are also very attractive compared to other places. They even delivered the scooter directly to my hotel and picked it up there at the end of the rental, which made everything very easy and convenient. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this company if you want a smooth and trustworthy scooter rental experience. 👍

Rented a bike for around a week from Expat Rentals. No passport needed just safety deposit. Unfortunately had a slight accident with the bike, told the owner and he was extremely understanding and helpful. He took me to the repair shop so I could see the price in person and pay for the repairs. Would highly recommend hiring from this place as he was very upfront and honest.
