“We had a great experience renting from this car rental company. Khun Champ met us at a location convenient for us, and we did all the paperwork there. A photo of our passport and IDP were all he needed, plus a $5000 cash baht deposit, as well as the rental fee. The daily price for the car was fair. There was some small body damage to the grey Toyota City we rented, but we took a detailed video of the car before we took possession of it (I highly recommend doing this whenever you rent a car). Khun Champ also marked any area of concern on the contract. They happily picked up the car from our hotel at the end of the rental period, with no extra charge, and promptly returned our deposit in full. They even called us after we returned the car to let us know we'd left our sunglasses under the visor! So honest and thoughtful! The car handled well and the A/C was great in this heat. The car navigation connected to our phone and was also helpful. We highly recommend this car rental for their excellent service, prompt and convenient delivery and pick-up, and overall professionalism. Thank you Khun Champ!”
