I have shopped at this store many times. They have good products and good prices. In the past, when I made larger purchases, I usually received delivery the next day. Today, I spent about an hour and a half walking around the store, picking out everything I needed, and all that was left was to pay. Then they told me they couldn’t deliver until Saturday — three days later. After spending an hour and a half in the store and buying goods worth around 15,000–20,000 baht, they couldn’t even arrange for someone to deliver it today or tomorrow. I had a very disappointing experience with the paint department at this store. I came to buy wall paint for a rented house. I had already measured the walls myself and had about 200 square meters to paint. I showed my calculations to the consultant, Kosayuth, and asked how much paint I needed. First, he told me I needed six large buckets of paint. That sounded completely unrealistic to me. Even visually, I could not understand how I could possibly need six buckets, even for two or three coats. So I started checking the coverage table printed on the paint bucket myself. According to the table and my square meter calculation, two buckets should have been enough, and there would even be some margin. I told the consultant that I wanted to buy two buckets. But he insisted that two buckets would definitely not be enough and told me I should buy at least three buckets, because there would be waste and I would run out of paint. I trusted him because he works in the paint department and should understand the product better than me. In the end, I bought three buckets. After painting the house, the result was very clear: I used only one bucket. I painted two full, thick coats, the coverage is excellent, nothing is showing through, and the result looks clean and professional. So the consultant’s advice was not just a little wrong — it was completely wrong. Because of this recommendation, I wasted around 4,000 baht on paint I did not need. When we came back to the store to explain the situation, they called the same employee. But nobody apologized, nobody admitted the mistake, and nobody offered any reasonable solution. They refused the return and did not even offer a discount, store credit, or any kind of compromise. The attitude was basically: “That’s normal.” The most disappointing part is not only the return policy. The real problem is that the consultant gave very poor advice, ignored the coverage table on the product, and convinced me to buy much more paint than I actually needed. My advice to other customers: do not blindly trust the consultants in the paint department. Check the coverage table yourself, calculate carefully, and buy less first. Otherwise, you may spend a lot of money on products you do not need. Very disappointing service and poor customer support.

Everyone who makes a purchase has to show what they bought at the exit; you have to open bags to show your purchases to an employee before leaving. This is awful. And the employees are very horrible.
