“Chef Don and his team are absolutely fantastic. Our wedding planner Juliette recommended Go Samui Catering and we booked them for our wedding in Koh Samui in February 2025. “Chef Don and his amazing team at Go Catering Samui catered multiple events across my 40th birthday extravaganza in beautiful Koh Samui - a pool party (canapes & bar), a private yacht 6-hour tour (grazing platter, canapes & bar), and a private cooking class covering some of the thai classics. Just, perfection. Service - 5 stars! Food - 5 stars! (the flavours were amazing!) Ease of communication - 5 stars! Cannot recommend the Go Catering team highly enough”
“We were amazed at what Chef Don and his team was able to put together for our two day wedding event. We wanted only local Thai cuisine and scheduled several calls with Don to go through our extensive list of requests. We appreciated his honesty when we were clearly ordering too much food and helped us curate the menu to give plenty of variety but staying within the theme. He was accommodating to the multiple dietary restrictions of our guests even with buffet style menu. Loved the recommendation of the flying style buffet as well so no one needs to wait in line for food. Everything ran seamlessly and the guests all raved about the food. Thanks Chef Don and team!”
“Go Samui Catering recently catered our wedding at Koh Koon and the food was spectacular! We did a Thai buffet but it was not your typical buffet where the food is average. Everything was so delicious. Chef Don was amazing at recommending which condiments and sauces went well with which dish and he was spot on with everything. We had so many of our guests say that it was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding. The food was plentiful and so generous. The cocktails they also served were incredible. The Moscow mule being the absolute highlight. I need the recipe! Go Samui also catered our recovery lunch the next day. The pork ribs were the best we had ever eaten. Our guests were raving about them for days. Last but absolutely not least, the waiters and waitresses were just superb and so attentive. I couldn’t fault a single one of them. Thank you so much Chef Don and the Go Samui Catering crew. You guys made our wedding extra special! Highly, highly recommend if you are looking for someone to cater your wedding or special event!!”
