“I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. When paying with a bank card, they charged an additional 3%, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Additionally, they applied a hidden conversion from THB to EUR with a markup fee of about 5.4%. This resulted in the price being increased by approximately 10% in total. I recommend being very cautious if you choose to shop here.”
“Had to go in with a persistent sore throat ( turned out to be a bacterial infection). The Pharmacist was very professional, helpful and friendly. He spoke perfect English and explained everything very clearly. I would 100% recommend going to this Thai gentleman if you are in the unfortunate position of needing medical advice.”
“Actually I don’t write that often reviews but this service I’ve never experienced before! I came with a cold and probably a throat infection. He was so professional and kind! He really took time for me, ask me detailed questions and did some tests and then gave me medicine with printed instructions. I struggled about 7 days and now I’m feeling soooo much better after just one day! Thank you so much!!”
“Since I need medication after a heart attack, I went to this pharmacy to get it... The price quoted by the pharmacist was 20 times what I would pay for it in Europe, and my request to look for a cheaper generic medication was rejected with the words "then go to Europe and buy it there"... I then went to another pharmacy, further away from all the tourist hustle and bustle, and bought the medication there for almost the same price as in Germany... In summary: I will never go to this pharmacy again. The pharmacist is impossible both in terms of his expertise and his manner.”
