“This shop ordered plant seedlings from my store with cash on delivery, but the full payment was not made. They chose not to return the plants and instead planted them in pots. Although they mentioned that they could not resell the plants to foreign customers, the plants were still used. This situation was not handled transparently. In the end, the payment I received was less than the amount we agreed on, and the shipping cost was not covered, even though delivery to an island area is quite expensive. The amount was small and not worth affecting your shop’s image.”

“Unprofessional alert. They were supposed to do landscaping for us. They charged me 16k for cleaning the land. We agreed on scope of work on site, 2 weeks before start. On the day they started, they declined to move small rocks, declined to remove small roots, declined to remove the small plastics from the land. I mean they tried upselling 2000thb per small root. They threw all the dead plants and leaves on neighbor land. Got yelled at by Mrs Nimmah for full payments in middle of the job rather than finished job. I’ve learned my lesson for you guys. Very average job. Actually there plants are 1.5 times more expensive than lipa noi shops. Sorry, this is honest review”
