They have a decent fleet of cars. The one I received was in great condition, clean and had no issues. My initial conversation with the team was good but I was disappointed with the delivery and pick up person. He wasn't answering questions willingly during pickup and didn't show me the exact fuel indicator. On the day of return, which was scheduled at 1 PM, the pickup team video called me twice while I was driving and the disapproval in their faces during video call was evident. I don't understand what for - when despite all their follow ups, I reached at 12:55 PM to return the car. They also stated how the fuel was not the same and spoke in the local language, maybe they were joking, maybe trying to get something extra out, but regardless, I had given a 300 USD deposit and had a flight to catch. It's not the best time to do this on return. It's good I had sent a photo of the fuel during pickup and there were no issues. Its a good car rental service in Samui but there is need for improvement at the ground level.

We rented for 9 days and extended by 1 day and had the scooter picked up at the pier. Worked flawlessly. The scooter was brand new with only 1800km on it. Competitive price for longer rentals.

I made a good experience with this scooter rental. Easy communication. I had to wait for 20 minutes when they brought me the scooter to the pier. It was in a good condition. They don't take your passport just a 3000 ฿ (~80€) deposit. I brought the bike back and got my deposit back after a quick check. I would absolutely rent here again. 5 Stars. I'd advise you to order it in advance from their website.
