Good facilities, nice staff and food at the cafe was great too. The space is a bit small and the cleanliness of the cold water pool could be improved.
The sauna and ice bath were great. However, the music was trashy, and there was a noticeable smell of people smoking weed. The place also seems very anti-children. We went with our 2-year-old daughter, and it was clear she was not welcome. If you are parents looking to enjoy quality time focused on health and wellness, I suggest Luuma in Lamai.
