My friend’s motorbike had a dead battery, which you fixed once, but the very next day it failed again and left him stranded in the middle of the road. This clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance and technical inspection. 3. The third motorbike was missing a screw from the axle, which caused my friend to slip and fall. This is not just negligence — it is a serious safety issue and could have resulted in a much worse accident. Additionally, your overall behavior was disappointing. You did not respond promptly, you did not show willingness to help, and you insisted that the motorbikes were “new”, while in reality they were in terrible and dangerous condition. Such an experience is unacceptable, especially when dealing with vehicles used by tourists who rely on your professionalism and reliability.
