I’ve always had great service from here. I speak Thai, so maybe I can explain my requirements a little better. It is a Thai business primarily for Thai people, not a holiday rental store, so maybe don’t expect Disneyland if you rock up with no shirt and a bottle of Chang beer 😂
Try to get service is impossible. Attitude absolutely disrespectful to foreign person. Gave my bike away to Thai friend. Will never buy Honda again in Thailand. Hard to believe Honda company allows this type of thing to happen.
The service guys really need to pay more attention to what they are doing, got my 12k service on my ADV 160 and left with more warning lights on than when I arrived.
