“The problem is that they have exclusivity on the island. Their after-sales service is absolutely terrible. They keep the motorbike for 2 days without giving any updates, for a service that should take a maximum of 90 minutes. Thailand is fantastic, but the Honda staff is a disaster.”

“While the sales department is fine, the service zone is a major issue for Honda owners. The main problems are staff incompetence and poor management. Unacceptable Wait Times: Simple tasks that should take 10-15 minutes stretch into hours. No one is in a hurry, there is no clear workflow, and you have to constantly chase the staff for updates. Lack of Communication & Responsibility: Once, they disassembled my motorcycle and left it that way because they couldn’t reach me by phone. When I arrived to pick it up in the evening, I was told: "Sorry, the bike is taken apart, we close in 30 minutes, and no one is going to put it back together. Come back tomorrow." I had to take a taxi home because of their poor planning. Poor Diagnostics: In this shop, the customer has to be the mechanic. If you don't point directly to the issue, they will miss it. Basic checks like tire pressure are ignored. I once had them confirm my brakes were "fine," only for them to fail a week later in the mountains because the pads were completely worn out. Zero Quality Control: There is no supervisor to inspect the work before handing the bike back. Frequently, you leave only to realize the issue persists, forcing you to return. Polite smiles and apologies are no substitute for a job well done. Incompetent Expertise: I was once told I needed a full engine replacement, yet another shop fixed the exact same issue in 10 minutes for 300 Baht just by tightening some bolts. Message to Management: Why is there no quality control or proper staff training? Why is the customer forced to act as a supervisor? You are relying solely on the brand name and parts availability, but as soon as a competent alternative opens nearby, customers will leave.”
“I’ve always had great service from here. I speak Thai, so maybe I can explain my requirements a little better. It is a Thai business primarily for Thai people, not a holiday rental store, so maybe don’t expect Disneyland if you rock up with no shirt and a bottle of Chang beer 😂”
“This is hands down the worst service experience I’ve ever had. If you own a big bike and not just a scooter, be prepared for a nightmare. The logistics here are a total disaster. I waited almost a month just for a phone call to schedule a repair. Apparently, there is only one mechanic qualified to work on anything larger than a scooter. I waited 2 weeks for a single part to arrive, only to be told they had no idea when someone would actually be able to install it. They promised to call me back—I waited 1.5 weeks and heard nothing. When I showed up in person, I was told they couldn't do it but to come back the next morning. I arrived at 9:00 AM and dropped off my bike. By 1:00 PM, nobody had even touched it. It was only after I returned and pointed this out that they finally took it to the back, telling me to wait another 2 hours. The only reason this isn't a zero-star review is that they have access to OEM parts, though even those take a minimum of 2 weeks. This is the last time I’m using this service. I will be reporting this situation further to verify why the management and scheduling are failing so badly. Total embarrassment for the brand.”
“Try to get service is impossible. Attitude absolutely disrespectful to foreign person. Gave my bike away to Thai friend. Will never buy Honda again in Thailand. Hard to believe Honda company allows this type of thing to happen.”
