Hyatt Regency

We had quite a good time in this hotel with the beautiful view and convenient location with excellent food, but I want to say that this hotel is good for families with kids as there are several opportunities for the children to enjoy, but I don't recommend it to couples or solo travelers as It is quite noisy seeing children all around. The pool was not super clean at some hours. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights but the room was running down, every day we had a problem, one day with the electricity, one day with the water, one day with the sink. The breakfast was amazing but the service was sometimes slow.

We stayed at Hyatt Koh Samui for our honeymoon and overall had a pleasant experience, but there were a few important issues that need attention. We had specifically booked and fully paid for an ocean view room, however upon arrival we were given a partial ocean view. After raising this with the team, they shifted us to a better room the next day, which we appreciated—but it was still not a full ocean view as originally booked. On our second night, we returned to our room to find a baby cot placed inside, which was quite surprising considering we were on our honeymoon. This felt like a clear oversight from the hotel staff. We were also informed that dosa could be prepared for us as Indian vegetarians, however this was never arranged during our stay, which was disappointing. That said, apart from these issues, the property itself is beautiful, and the overall stay was comfortable. With better attention to guest preferences and room allocations, the experience could have been excellent.

The staff were professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The room service was impressive and massages were one of the best I’ve received. I really enjoyed my stay here but found that it was lacking in vegetarian food options. The overall guest atmosphere felt informal and standoffish but that wouldn’t stop me from returning.
